In t his class you’ll learn how to uplevel your journaling for better affirmatio ns and manifestations with the power of positive intention, greater gratitu de, SMART-ER goals and aligned actions for the Law of Attraction. Plus lear n how to transform those negative journal entries into affirmations - becau se we all need to vent, but we don’t need to re-read it!
We’l l provide music, worksheets, pens and paper. Feel free to bring your own jo urnal and a bottled water if you like.
