There'll be a holiday sing a long, photos with Santa, a craft, hot cocoa and popcorn — and it's all free!

6:30pm: Commissioner Sheffield lights the tree

6:35pm: Holiday Music Singalong

7:00pm: Drive-in Showing of "The Grinch"
