From Inspiration to Outfit: Create 3 Looks ( A 3-Day Workshop)

Welcome to the world of Fashion Designing! In this 3-day workshop you are a designer that is creating 3 looks for Spring 2026!

Class will be held on the following dates from 9 AM - 12 PM:

Monday, April 13th

Tuesday, April 15th

Friday, April 17th.

Designers will create a mood board to collect colors, fabrics, textures, and ideas that inspire their collection. Using their mood board, designers will design three outfits that work together by considering color balance, comfort, movement, and who the clothes are for. Designers will then sew their three looks, building confidence, creativity, problem-solving skills, and pride by turning their ideas into real wearable designs.

  • 1 mood board

  • 3 coordinated fashion looks

  • 3 sewn garments (simple silhouettes on a small dress form)

  • Goal: Teach kids how designers get ideas and turn them into fashion.
