Hooty Hoo! Prints from Kennesaw State University

Mable House Arts Center is excited to host the Hooty Hoo! Juried Print Exhibition featuring talented printmakers from the Kennesaw State University School of Art and Design. This exhibition will be on display from February 27th through April 4th, showcasing an incredible variety of printmaking styles and techniques.
The exhibition offers a stunning selection of prints, including vibrant screenprints, intricate intaglio works, bold letterpress prints, and radical relief prints. As part of this juried exhibition, four of the most outstanding prints will receive awards from a prize fund, totaling $600. We are proud to support these young artists and offer them the opportunity to have their work recognized by a wider audience. The majority of works will also be available for sale, providing an excellent chance to acquire unique, handmade pieces while supporting the artists directly.
We invite the community to join us for the opening reception on Thursday, February 27th, to meet the artists, view their work, and celebrate the talent and hard work of Kennesaw State’s student printmakers. The exhibition promises to be a vibrant and diverse showcase of the next generation of artists, and we hope to see you there!
