Hi, I'm Erica DeNova! I have a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and an ACSM certification as an Exercise Physiologist. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me reading, crafting, collecting Sonny Angels (they’re adorable little figurines, trust me), or enjoying a cozy game.
