Do you have a dream or a goal? As Michael Korda said, “Write it down. Written goals have a way of transforming wishes into wants; cant's into cans; dreams into plans; and plans into reality. Don't just think it - ink it!”
But sometimes you don’t know what to write - or your goals feel exhausting. And sometimes our journal becomes a rant rather than an inspiration.
In this class you’ll learn how to uplevel your journaling for better affirmations and manifestations with the power of positive intention, greater gratitude, SMART-ER goals and aligned actions for the Law of Attraction. Plus learn how to transform those negative journal entries into affirmations - because we all need to vent, but we don’t need to re-read it!
We’ll provide music, worksheets, pens and paper. Feel free to bring your own journal and a bottled water if you like.
