Some skills will include: forward roll, straddle roll, hand stand, headstand, cartwheel, backbend bridge, and partner and small group poses with beginner level stunts. More advanced skills may be taught based on student readiness like roundoff, front walk over, limber, handstand press, back walk over, 1 handed cartwheel, back hand spring, chest stands, and beginning contortion skills.
Biketard or leotard with shorts or leggings on top.
T-shirt or tank top with shorts that are easy to move in, wear a shirt that may be easily tucked in.
*No bare midriffs.
*Medium-long length hair should be pulled up into a ponytail or braids.
