Presented by Yale University's Just Add Water Improv Group:

In this workshop participants will learn the basics of both "dry" (non-musical) and "wet" (musical) improv. In dry improv, students will learn how to build the reality of a scene through practicing space work. They will learn how to create distinct, memorable characters through our game "Character Swap," and how to elevate the plot of a scene. In wet improv, students will learn the fundamentals of song building through our collaborative chorus game and "Bird Rap," our collective rhyming game. The workshop culminates in a song created by all workshop participants, accompanied by our fantastic music director on the piano.
