Join Ms. Woods in an adult cardio dance class! We will teach class participants a new or old line dance in a matter of minutes. We will warm up to some classic dances, teach new dances step by step, and lastly we will turn on the music and DANCE.
Come dressed in loose-fitting clothes and tennis shoes! No heels or sandals. Bring a water bottle, towel, and a positive attitude.
5 week long course. **There is no class on March 23rd due to a campus-wide event.
