DOOMED started as a perzine that focused on expressing thoughts and ideas on anything and everything from a BIPOC WOMXN perspective. It explored topics like existentialism, creativity, and the human condition through words and collage. Now in its second iteration, Alexa Cordeiro continues to explore these same concepts in the form of an art exhibit and installation.
Alexa Cordeiro is an Atlanta-based multi-disciplinary artist who explores texture while seamlessly integrating the human form into abstract compositions. By skillfully blending various materials, she creates pieces that push the boundaries of conventional representation, inviting audiences to contemplate the intricacies of the human experience through a captivating interplay of form and texture.
