This class is perfect for those looking for a greater understanding of yoga poses and the effect it has on the body. This class will include pranayama (breath work), asanas (poses), and final meditation. Perfect to teach practitioners tools to handle stress and anxiety and create a peaceful mindset.
Please wear comfortable clothing for movement and bring your yoga mat and blocks. This is a 5-week course.
