In this course, we'll explore the magic of meditation and mindfulness, offering a calming experience and practical mindset tools to start your week on the right foot.

Imagine a special time every Monday in your own little sanctuary & zen zone. 

A time to calm your nervous system & relax muscles.

A time to hear the quiet whispers of your intuition and acknowledge your heart's true desires.

A time dedicated solely to your wellbeing and inner peace - so you can focus on you. 

No kids crying, no phone ringing, no emails pinging - zero demands on your time, energy and attention. 

An entire hour of serenity

Each Monday evening, you'll be immersed in gentle breathwork, guided meditations, and easy mindfulness techniques designed to melt away stress and anxiety. We'll also explore various self-soothing practices - like Qigong, vagus nerve toning, tapping and havening – which you can continue using at home. Each method  introduced different ways you can clear your mind, nurture your body & soothe your soul. While your Monday night will be ultra-relaxing, the tools & tips you learn during class will follow you home to set the tone for the rest of your week so it can flow smoothly.And once a month, we will bliss out with a soothing sound bath. The ambient lighting will relax your mind while mood music raises your vibes (literally). Plus meditation and mindfulness are scientifically proven to elevate "happy hormones" like melatonin, serotonin & dopamine - while lowering your cortisol and adrenaline (stress hormones) to comfortable levels.
