This is a two-day workshop on consecutive Fridays: 4/12 and 4/19.
Instructor Laura Holman will explain how to use breath, acrylics and meditation to create acrylic abstract paintings toward conscious wellness. NO ART EXPERIENCE NEEDED. Its a one-of-a-kind fun, relaxing, self-care, body-enriching way to end the week and start your weekend on an internal high note. You will be introduced to information that you can use throughout your life for wellness enrichment and you will have a piece of art that showcases your journey.
Part I (4/12) will focus on your artwork's foundation.
Part II (4/19) will offer the chance to add embellishments that coincide with your vibe.

Meditation - discover stillness and connect to your body's energy center contributing to creating and relaxing
Qigong Movement - helps uncover the the unconscious to freely move the paint across the canvas, releasing stress hormones, increasing blood circulation, and aiding mental clarity.
Color Therapy - the colors that resonate with you have meaning and create internal expressions
Abstract BreathArt Work - uniquely you, similar to your fingerprint, no other duplications exist
