Discover the transformative power of deep relaxation and rejuvenation with our Yin Class. During class, you will embark on a journey of self-discovery and inner healing. Yin yoga is a slow-paced and meditative practice that focuses on long-held poses. By holding these poses for an extended period, you will stretch and stimulate the deep connective tissues in your body, promoting flexibility and releasing tension. Unlike other yoga styles, Yin yoga targets the joints, ligaments, and fascia, allowing for a deep release of physical and emotional tension. Through a series of supported and relaxing postures, you will create space for energy flow, reduce stress, and find balance within.

Please wear comfortable clothing for movement and bring your yoga mat and blocks
