Celebrate the season by crafting your very own ceramic holiday angel in this two-part workshop led by the Mariella Owens. Over the course of two Saturdays, you’ll master the art of slab-building to design a one-of-a-kind angel, ranging from 12 to 18 inches tall.
Part I: Construction
Date: Tuesday, December 2nd
Time: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Description: Jump into the creative process as you learn slab-building techniques to form your holiday angel. Mariella will guide you through each step, from shaping the clay to assembling your angel, ensuring a rewarding and enjoyable experience.
Part II: Glazing
Date: Tuesday, December 9th
Time: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Description: Return to add the final touches by glazing your angel. This session will prepare your piece for its final kiln firing, enhancing its beauty and durability.
We will notify you by email once the final kiln firing is complete and your Angel is ready for pick-up.
