Step away from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with yourself at FED: Focus, Energy, Direction, a two-day wellness weekend taking place March 21–22, 2026, at the Mable House Arts Center in Mableton, Georgia. Designed for adults ages 18 and older, FED offers a welcoming, restorative space to explore holistic wellness through movement, creativity, and mindful experiences rooted in arts and nature.

This annual event invites participants to enjoy two immersive days of programming focused on rejuvenation, balance, and personal growth:

Self-Care Saturday
Saturday’s sessions focus on practical, hands-on approaches to wellness. Participants can explore physical fitness activities, therapeutic practices, and creative DIY workshops that support stress relief, self-expression, and healthy routines for everyday life.

Sensory Sunday
Sunday emphasizes relaxation and restoration through sensory-rich experiences designed to calm the mind and body. From gentle movement and therapeutic sessions to creative and nature-inspired activities, Sensory Sunday encourages participants to slow down, reset, and recharge.

Throughout the weekend, a variety of rotating breakout sessions will be offered, including experiences such as:

• Physical Fitness & Mindful Movement: Gentle to moderate activities that promote strength, flexibility, and body awareness
• Therapy-Based Sessions: Opportunities to experience calming and restorative therapeutic practices in a supportive setting
• Creative & DIY Workshops: Hands-on projects that encourage creativity, relaxation, and personal expression

Specific instructors and session offerings will vary, ensuring a fresh and engaging experience while maintaining FED’s core focus on wellness and self-care.
