How do I purchase tickets?

    How much are tickets?

    • All MHBA season shows are priced by seating location and by show. See each show listing for pricing for that show.
    • Note: Non-MHBA Series Shows may have different ticket pricing.

    Why do my lawn tickets have different sections, rows, or seat #'s?

    • Every ticket within our system is assigned a section, row, and seat for tracking purposes. For general admission tickets, there is not an assigned row or seat (i.e. LAWN1, LAWN2, GA1, GA2) that is just used for ticket tracking. 

    ATTENDING AN EVENT

    When can I enter the main gates?

    • Gate opening varies per event. Gates open a minimum of 1 hour prior to MOST events. Check with the Box Office or consult our Facebook page for posted times. 

    What if it rains?

    • All shows go on, rain or shine! There are no refunds or upgrades in the event of inclement weather.

    Where are the restrooms?

    • Restrooms are located on the right-hand side of the main entrance.

    What if I have special needs?

    • Accessible seating is available for patrons with disabilities. Patrons should specify their need for accessible seating at the time they purchase tickets and should order early for best availability.

    What if I need medical assistance?

    • If you need first aid, trained medical professionals are on duty at Mable House Barnes Amphitheatre events. If medical help is needed, ask any facility staff member for assistance.

    Where can I smoke?

    • There is no smoking inside the gates of the amphitheatre. Smoking is only permitted near the benches next to the Box Office.

    Do you serve alcohol?

    • Alcohol is sold at MOST events. A photo ID is required for all ages.

    Are there any clothing requirements?

    • Shirt and shoes must be worn at all times. Clothes, too!

    Does my child need a ticket?

    • For County Series concerts, children 2 and under do not need a ticket if they sit on an accompanying adult's lap. Parents will be asked to remove children who create a disturbance for other patrons.

    • For non-County sponsored shows, rules vary per promoter. Check with the Box Office.

    How can I volunteer?

    • If you would like to volunteer as an usher, call 770-819-7765 for further information.

      What can I bring to events?

      • Lawn Chairs
        • Collapsible lawn/camping chairs will be permitted with the height of the chair not exceeding 43" when collapsed. Canopies, footrests, side tables, and other attachments are prohibited. Chairs not meeting these specifications will not be allowed entry. If you need alternative or accessible seating, please contact the box office at 770-819-7765.

      • TV trays/portable tables no larger than 19" x 16"
        • Tables not meeting these specifications will not be allowed entry.
        • Mable House Barnes Amphitheatre will not be held liable for any unauthorized tables left at the front gate.

      Patrons will be asked to return any prohibited items to their vehicles. The venue cannot hold items for patrons.

      What if I lost something?

      • If you lose an item at an event, please contact the venue at 770-819-7765 or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  with a description of your item and your contact information. Items are kept for 30 days.

        • Guests may stand by their table, reserved seat, lawn chair, or blanket at times during events to enjoy the performance but should be sensitive to other guests around them who may remain seated so as to not obstruct the view of other guests.

        Code Of Conduct

        Guests entering Mable House Barnes Amphitheatre must adhere to the following Guest Code of Conduct:

        • Refrain from using profanity, fighting, taunting, threatening remarks or gestures
        • Not engaging in unsafe, illegal, disruptive, or offensive behaviors
        • Refrain from inappropriate displays of affection in a public setting
        • Refrain from displaying obscene or indecent messaging
        • Refrain from sitting in a location other than the guest’s ticketed seat
        • Must present a ticket for the event when requested
        • Avoid blocking aisles and fire lanes/exits
        • Refrain from jumping on stage or entering prohibited areas
        • Refrain from throwing any objects on the stage or in the venue
        • Refrain from overconsumption of alcoholic beverages
        • Refrain from any disruption to the progress of the event by the guest’s actions
        • Refrain from the use of illegal drugs or substances
        • Illegal weapons are prohibited
        • Must follow the instructions of venue personnel and/or law enforcement

            Guests not abiding by the Guest Code of Conduct are subject to ejection from the venue, and in some cases, criminal prosecution.

            Post-Event Procedure

            • All guests at the Amphitheatre are required to exit the facility immediately after the event concludes.

            All venue policies are subject to change. By entering the Mable House Barnes Amphitheatre grounds, guests agree to abide by the rules listed above. Management reserves the right to modify these rules. Venue personnel AND/or law enforcement can request to see the contents of any belongings brought onto the property at their discretion. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the utmost levels of safety and convenience for our guests and staff.
