This Tai Chi course is open to returning students and new students who want to expand their Tai-Chi knowledge and practices through additional styles like yoga, QiGong, music, and more.

Tai Chi is an ancient internal Chinese martial art exercise consisting of slow, relaxed movements that has been practiced in China for a thousand years for defense training, health benefits, and longevity. Join certified instructor Maria Hammond for a class that offers a myriad of health benefits including: cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive, etc. Tai Chi is also beneficial to the mind by helping to improve concentration and memory as a system of spiritual meditation in motion.

This is a 5 week course.
